Shop Local, Vote Local: Meet Us at The Lot Market on June 20th!

This past weekend, we discovered something really special in District 10: The Lot Market, a vendor marketplace at Chimney Hill Shopping Center right here in Virginia Beach. Local makers, small businesses, food trucks, a live DJ, and a community that clearly cares about supporting each other! The organizer, Larry, is building something genuinely wonderful, and we were immediately all in. 💜
And here's the part that made us do a little happy dance: their June 20th event is happening just minutes from the Democratic Party caucus polling location at Bow Creek Rec Center. Same day. Same neighborhood. You can absolutely do both.

The Lot Market runs 11am to 4pm. The caucus voting window is 12pm to 3pm. Come to The Lot early, soak up the ✨vibes✨ from 11am to noon, then head over to Bow Creek Rec Center to cast your vote. (It’s literally right down the street!) Come back and keep shopping until 4pm. Done ✅ and DONE 💚.
